Founded in 1982, Davis Education Foundation is the dedicated fundraising partner supporting public education across Davis County, Utah. We connect community generosity with programs that help students thrive.

Four decades of community impact.
1982
Davis Education Foundation is established as the philanthropic partner of Davis School District, creating a dedicated channel for community support of public education.
1990s
The Foundation expands its scope, launching scholarship programs and early student support initiatives that reach families across Davis County.
2000s
Community partnerships deepen as the Foundation introduces classroom grants, Teen Centers, and programs addressing barriers to learning.
2012
A pivotal year of strategic growth. Since 2012, the Foundation has invested more than $64 million in student programs, scholarships, and classroom support.
2020s
The Catalyst initiative launches, scaling high-impact strategies across all 92 schools. Early literacy programs expand through partnerships like Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.
Today
Serving 72,000+ students annually, the Foundation continues to connect community generosity with measurable outcomes across Davis County schools.
