Davis Education Foundation is established as the philanthropic partner of Davis School District, creating a dedicated channel for community support of public education.
The Foundation expands its scope, launching scholarship programs and early student support initiatives that reach families across Davis County.
Community partnerships deepen as the Foundation introduces classroom grants, Teen Centers, and programs addressing barriers to learning.
A pivotal year of strategic growth. Since 2012, the Foundation has invested more than $64 million in student programs, scholarships, and classroom support.
The Catalyst initiative launches, scaling high-impact strategies across all 92 schools. Early literacy programs expand through partnerships like Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.
Serving 72,000+ students annually, the Foundation continues to connect community generosity with measurable outcomes across Davis County schools.
Financials & Transparency
We’re committed to clear reporting, responsible stewardship, and measurable impact. Designated gifts are always directed as intended. Unrestricted gifts are allocated to areas of greatest need across the district.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the Davis Education Foundation files an annual IRS Form 990 and publishes yearly reports detailing programs funded, outcomes achieved, and financial stewardship.
